    Our primary focus at Cape Ann Technologies is to assist you by creating a complete and simple technology solution that works for you and not the other way around.  We feel that this is the difference between having a system and having a solution.  We are committed to provide you with the highest value for what you spend through our knowledge and experience in all of the solutions that we offer.

    A Different Approach from Start to Finish

    Anyone can bundle a few pieces together and call it a system, but here at Cape Ann Technology, that's not what we do.  We are here to build relationships with our customers that are based on the highest quality of solutions and services.  We want every customer to be our best reference.

     

    The first step in creating a solution is assessing your needs.  We will meet with you to discuss what you want to accomplish now and find out what you may want to be able to do with this solution in the future to expand it.  It is very important to plan for the future when creating a solution so that all future needs can be met without having to spend more money in the long run to replace a perfectly good component simply because it won't allow for the expansion of the solution.

    The second step is creating realistic goals and establishing realistic expectations.  Any time that there are options to choose from, there will be pros and cons to each option.  We work with you to determine which options are best for you by clearly explaining these pros and cons to you in plain English using terminology and analogies that you can understand.

     

    The third step is to build and install your solution.  We will schedule this to be done at a time that is convenient for you.  Installation does not have to be done during the normal "9-5" business hours.  In fact, in most cases we prefer to schedule work to be done when you are closed, so that we can minimize the impact to your business and we do not charge a different rate for off-hours work.

    The fourth step is to educate you and your staff on how to use your new solution.  We will take the time to go over everything that you need to know about how to best utilize your new solution in a clear and informative manor.  We will also be sure to leave with you written step by step instructions so that you can refer back to them later if you need to.

    The fifth step is to follow up with you after you've started using your new solution.  We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your solution.  We want to be there for you to make any adjustments that you desire.
